2 weeks minimum:

All-inclusive for 1-2 people (minimum 14 night) $625

All-inclusive for 3-5 people (minimum 14 night) $750

Short and long term rental prices for 1-4 people:

Option 1:

1-2 months $650, Refundable Security Deposit $500

3-6 months $625, Refundable Security Deposit $900

7-12 months $600, Refundable Security Deposit $1000


Includes: basic internet, gas
Pay additional: $60 HOA Dues( only for rentals over 6 months)
Plus: DirecTV service $45 per month( optional), water average $20, electricity will charge by usage with an average of $45 and more per month.

Option 2:

All-inclusive per month $875 ( includes $50 for water and $100 for electricity). Over these amounts paid as an extra.
